 Verified I recently had MP Tile and Restoration complete some work for me after an ex-tenant left my rental property a mess. MP Tile replaced all the carpets; painted all interior walls, closets, trim, and baseboards; regrouted and caulked the bathroom tile; replaced a bathroom floor and broken door frame; removed an old built-in TV stand; and remounted closet shelving. Since I don't live in the area, everything had to be done over the phone. I thought that would make things difficult, but Benedicto took care of everything. He and his team did a great job. They are very trustworthy, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They saved me from a bad situation. I recommend them for any project.  Verified Benedicto brought himself and his painting crew and paired my entire interior. They also stripped wallpaper off of the walls of two bathrooms and did a remarkable job.  Approximately 1200 square feet of interior needed Paiting including ceilings needed paint.  He did a wonderful job. Even caulked areas I didn’t think would be included.
